Water Conservation:

Clean and plentiful water provides the foundation for prosperous communities. We rely on clean water to survive, yet right now we are heading towards a water crisis. Changing climate patterns are threatening lakes and rivers, and key sources that we tap for drinking water are being overdrawn or tainted with pollution.Read More..

Introducing Metallica Water Engineering Technologies :
R.O SYSTEM (REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEM) Day by day river water or lake water getting polluted. For that R.O water system is good answer. Metallica Water Engineering manufacturer's R.O WATER PURIFIER 15 LPH. UP to 10000 LPH. This unit consists of FRP filter filled with sand & carbon & zero absorb media & Multiport valves mounted on the filter. In normal operation raw water is passed through sand& carbon media via vessel then enters in micron filter system. Then pass through Reverse Osmosis membrane. This Unit is the heart of the treatment scheme. It will reduce the dissolved salts from the raw water up to the remarkable level. A lot of bacteria are also removed in this process. Treated water from Reverse Osmosis unit will be stored into Storage tank of desired capacity.
Ultrafiltration (UF) is a type of membrane filtration in which hydrostatic pressure forces a liquid against a semipermeable membrane. A semipermeable membrane is a thin layer of material capable of separating substances when a driving force is applied across the membrane. Once considered a viable technology only for desalination, membrane processes are increasingly employed for removal of bacteria and other microorganisms, particulate material, and natural organic material, which can impart color, tastes, and odors to the water and react with disinfectants to form disinfection byproducts (DBP). As advancements are made in membrane production and module design, capital and operating costs continue to decline. In addition to the clear benefits it delivers to manufacturers, UV curing is an environmentally friendly technology. It is a clean technology that minimizes or eliminates the VOC emissions commonly associated with other curing technologies.
